,Sarabjit Singh an Indian national, who passes away in Lahore hospital after being beaten in Pakistan’s Kot Lakhpat jail. it is very sad and unfortunate . It is also violations of human right . We can see this crimes in our civil society in the different countries in the world. It happened in Pakistan and India.
UGLY TRUTH: A custodial death is perhaps one of the worst crimes in a civilised society governed by the rules of law.
But unfortunately politics use this death issue for their own interest. They never interested to stop the such incident. WE can see that most of the cases dirty politics and politician are responsible for custodial death. There are no different between India and Pakistan. It is very unfortunate and it is a shame for civil society.
